Well it was the first for us for the bide and groom to arrive in their accommodation! Becky and Ric arrived in style in their VW camper van which they had decorated for the occasion.

The celebrations began with a champagne reception with canapes:

Chicken liver pate with red onion jam on malted crostini
Smoked salmon crème fraiche and chives on a blini
Watermelon, feta cheese and mint jelly

A chance to mingle and enjoy the sunshine the guests were then seated for a three course meal of:

Starters:
Baked mushroom gratin
Prawn cocktail platter
Selection of anti pasta – Milano salami, Parma ham, olives, ciabatta
Fresh bread

Main course:
Rump steak with hand cut chips, stuffed mushroom and peas with some good old fashioned brown sauce, ketchup or mustard on the tables!

Dessert:
Baileys cheesecake
Eton mess
Chocolate brownie

Followed with tea and coffee.

With the disco in full swing the guests we later treated to a hog roast and wedding cake to fuel up and keep on dancing!
