Venetian decadence was the theme for the night at Anstey Hall for all the students.

Wine a flowing the students were treated to a 3 course meal of:

Starter

Smoked salmon and prawn tian with rocket salad and chilli and tomato dressing
Buffalo mozzarella with vine tomatoes, red onion jam and basil pesto.

Main course

Free range chicken filled with Brie and leeks wrapped in pancetta, pomme fondant panache of vegetables, feves and reduction sauce.
Butternut squash risotto cake with a panache of vegetables, feves and red pepper sauce.

Dessert

Caramelised lemon tart with Chantilly cream and raspberries.
Coffee, tea and chocolate petis fours served with the dessert

After the meal the guests moved on into the main house to party on to a dj and then a guest appearance from Ms Dynamite!
