With the garden feel being brought inside with the amazing colour scheme and flowers, the bride and groom could not have asked for a more picturesque setting for their special day.

Smoked salmon on beetroot blini with crème fraiche and chives

The guests then enjoyed relaxing in the gardens playing garden games in the sunshine.
The wedding breakfast was a 3 course meal of:

Starter:
Smoked salmon with homemade tartare sauce, watercress, courgette ribbons with lemon dressing and granary bread Broccoli and parmesan tarts with watercress and courgette salad, tomato salsa

Main course:
Chicken breast filled with brie and leeks wrapped in pancetta with a smoked tomato dressing
Butternut squash risotto cake with a smoked tomato dressing
Rosemary roasted potatoes
Green summer vegetable salad with mint butter
Roasted carrots with cumin and orange
Dessert:
Gluten free Chocolate brownie with vanilla cream and marinated raspberries.
Coffee, tea and chocolate truffles.
More guests arrived for the evening, also being greeted with champagne. Then celebrations continued with a friend of the couple singing their first dance and a swing singer carrying on the live music for the rest of the evening.

The evening food was a barbecue with a selection of salads and cheese board to accompany. Yum!
