Below is feedback I received from a customer for a dinner party on the 20th March 2010 in Knapwell, Cambridge. The catering and service we supplied included 3 kinds of canapes and 3 course meal, all waiting staff and of course all cleaning up.
Starter: Fillet of monkfish wrapped in proscuttio with bearnaise sauce, beetroot puree, affilia cress and spinach
Main course: Fillet of beef wellington with horseradish and chive potato cake, mustard and parmesan coated parsnips, asparagus, baby carrots and red wine reduction
Dessert: Creme brule with macerated strawberries and hazlenut shortbread
“We had such an amazing time for Ian’s birthday – thanks to you and the team. We will remember it for a very long time and will be hard-pushed to ever better it! The quality of the food and the standard of the presentation was second to none. The head waiter/sommelier and the waitress were fabulously attentive and efficient.
