At Tom’s Kitchen we aim to use only local, and most importantly, high quality suppliers who we review on a monthly basis. This is to ensure that the catering service we provide you is of the highest possible quality. We also believe in supporting other local businesses, just as we experienced when we first started. Below is a list of our current suppliers which is subject to change.
Cheese, Olives and Cured Meats
Cheese Plus are a specialist Cheesemonger based in Cambridge, supplying artisan cheese & fine food. They champion small independent British cheesemakers as well as working closely with the very best from around the world, perfecting an unrivaled range of the finest artisan cheese.
Eastern Meat Supplies Ltd was founded in 2000 by brothers John and Robert Burgess.They both started out in the local meat industry and eventually decided to break out on their own and have grown the company to be “big enough to matter but small enough to care “.
Vegetables and salads
Hackers Fruit Farm in Dry Drayton supplies our seasonal organic produce in abundance. We feel that most large catering suppliers cannot match this produce for quality and taste.
Kale and Damson’s aim is to get the maximum range of seasonal produce from local suppliers and find the best products from abroad when the season in the UK is over.
Infusions in Bury St Edmunds stock only the very best premium quality produce and supply our dry goods such as flours, oils, vinegars, truffles and chocolate. They are also the only UK supplier of produce to world renown 3 Michelin starred restaurant elBulli in Catalonia, Spain.
