Since 1997 Tom has worked in various catering positions, including Executive Chef and Manager of a prestigious city centre hotel. Through his ambitious and hard-working attitude, he has become a dedicated and highly skilled chef and manager with particular experience in modern English cuisine, as well as expertise in preparing many European and Asian menus too.
Tom’s Kitchen was launched in 2009 and the company has developed and grown year on year, due to many repeat customers and our dedication to satisfying each individual customer’s requirements.
We now have an extremely dedicated team of highly skilled chefs and waiting staff who are proud to offer you a service to the highest possible standard.
I don’t know any team that works longer hours, puts in more effort or cares more passionately about what they do and the results are just amazing. The venue looked spectacular, the food was delicious, all of the staff were polite, helpful and professional and the disco was so much fun. I’ve already had so much positive feedback from guests and I’m sure that will continue!
