We don’t just cater for social gatherings, last night we were invited to provide a two course hot buffet for the colleagues of the British Dental Association.
Everyone was greeted with a glass of wine or a soft drink and then had time to catch up with colleagues and speak to the sales representatives present.
All guest…s were then invited through to the lecture room and an hour later we were at the ready to serve the meal of:
Chicken breast with a creamed leek and tarragon sauce
Roasted vegetable, tomato and basil pasta with parmesan topping
Roasted new potatoes with rosemary and garlic
Selection of seasonal vegetables
For dessert a rhubarb and apple upside down cake with double cream.
It went down very well with most coming back for seconds!
We will be back there next month with more delicious food.
