Tom’s kitchen were hired to provide catering for a dinner party in Cambridge on the 17th September.
The menu we provided was as follows below with our client feedback.
Starter:
Smoked salmon with spiced crab salad, creme fraiche and citrus salsa
Main course:
Slow braised lamb shank with celeriac and rosemary potato cake , glazed carrots and garden peas.
Dessert:
Tarte au citron with chantilly cream

“The food was wonderful and everyone absolutely loved it, Peter and Emma could not have done more to make the evening go exceptionally well, I cannot thank them or praise them enough.
My birthday party was perfect and my friends want to make it an annual event at the Coach House….. maybe bi-annual!
