What a great week last week was, from catering for the Spanish themed wedding on Friday to catering for the Marrakech inspired wedding on Saturday.

Saturday’s Menu
Homemade breadsticks and olive on olive wood sharing platters
Spiced red onion confit and goat’s cheese tart with pine nut salsa verde
Lamb kofte with garlic and rosemary saute potatoes and fettoush salad with chilli sauce and tzatziki on the tables
A selection of flavoured meringues with cream and strawberies, baklava and wedding cake all served with freshly ground coffee.
