How to start the celebrations for a 21st party? With a champagne toast of course! A glass of champagne and nibbles were the start of the evenings tasty treats followed by a 3 course meal of:

Starter
-Wild mushroom and asparagus salad with truffle dressing and percorino
-Tea smoked salmon with elderflower and cucumber dressing and beetroot textures

Main course

-Pea risotto with affilia cress and pea foam
-Fillet steak braised in red wine with pancetta dauphinnoise, fine ratatouille and baby courgettes

Dessert

-Rich chocolate tart with lemon mousse and marinated strawberries -Apple and pecan crumble with apple crisps and Chantilly cream

The family then made their way into the lounge to continue enjoying the evening playing games and lighting the birthday candles. Happy Birthday to the birthday girl!
