Tom’s kitchen were hired to provide catering for a family party in the Cambridge area.
The evening was a great success and enjoyed by all.
The menu provided and message from the client follow below.
STARTER
Fillet of sea bass, crab risotto, lime & chilli salsa – probably for 5 people (tbc)
Smoked chicken & pancetta, endive & rocket salad, roasted pine nuts – probably for 5 people (tbc)
MAIN
Pan fried fillet steak (8oz) with choice of peppercorn or blue cheese sauce. Hand cut chunky seasoned chips, roasted baby veg – for all 10 people
DESSERT – 2 large desserts to be shared on the table and served with vanilla cream
Apple & pecan crumble with apple crisps
White chocolate and vanilla cheesecake.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the absolutely superb meal you put on for us on Saturday. The food was all excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, including those that got to sample the remains of the crumble and cheesecake the next day! Do please also pass our thanks on to Emma too, who was lovely and did a fabulous job of looking after us all and finishing up at the end of the evening. We were truly dined in style and it was an absolute pleasure to meet you both.
