Thank you to Katrina and Mark for inviting us into their amazing home to cater for their 22 guests who enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal around their pool.
The menu for the evening was:
Starter: Tian of smoked salmon and prawns with tomato salsa and brioche
Main: Herb crusted rack of lamb with sweet potato fondant, aubergine caviar, creamed leeks and rosemary jus.
Followed by, creme Brule with shortbread and raspberry compot.
Luckily for me as clumsy as I am I didn’t fall into the pool whilst serving!!!!
