We were hired to provide catering for a wedding on the 16th July 2011 at Priory hall in Hadleigh Suffolk.
The menu we provided follows below with the comments received from the bride.
The food was served in buffet style, with freshly baked bread rolls and wine on the tables.
Canapes: Served with Primo Prosecco
-Parma ham with red onion jam and caramelised fig
-Kalamata olive with sun blush tomato on a malted crostini
-Smoked salmon with creme fraiche and chives on a beetroot blini
-Fillet of beef with bearnaise on a malted crostini
Main buffet:
-Honey roast ham with selection of mustards
-Chicken leek and mozzarella lattice
-Fillet of Salmon and spinach en croute
-Smoked haddock with pesto topping
-Tomato, roquefort and fresh basil tarts
-Duck and lambs liver terrine with red onion chutney
-Freshly baked bread or rolls and butter
-Moroccan cous cous with sultanas and feta
-Plum tomato, red onion, basil, bocconcini mozzarella and balsamic dressing
-Buttered baby new potatoes with mint, parsley and chives
-Traditional Coleslaw
-Mixed leaves with selection of dressings
-Fusilli pasta with pesto toasted pine nuts and parmesan
Desserts:
-Individual fresh fruit pavlovas
-Rich Chocolate tart with chantilly cream
-Selection of farmhouse cheeses with grapes ,celery and biscuits.
Evening finger Buffet:
-Ciabatta filled with chicken bacon and avocado
-Rosemary foccacia with cream cheese and roasted vegetables
-Homemade sausage rolls
-Smoked Salmon and cucumber crostinis
-Selection of crisps and dips

The catering service provided for our wedding was simply outstanding, from the pre-wedding consultations, to helping with the logistics of the day, to the wonderful food and professional staff on the day itself. We had many comments on how mouth-watering the food was; we would recommend Tom’s Kitchen to anyone!
