After a busy day celebrating the wedding of their daughter, Sarah and David threw a garden party for their family and friends and Tom’s Kitchen was invited along to prepare and serve an Italian feast.

Sun shining and pimms flowing the guests were treated to:

Ciabatta and focaccia with dipping oil and aged balsamic
Roasted Mediterranean vegetable terrine
Selection of acompliments Olives and capers, spiced red onion chutney and sun dried tomatoes
Watercress and rocket salad with lemon dressing
vine tomato with basil, red onion and buffalo mozzarella
Large platter of cheeses with figs, celery, grapes, biscuits and bread (our suggested cheeses Cambridge blue, mature cheddar, Somerset brie, tallegio)
Then English strawberries with whipped vanilla cream and sugar for dessert.
