Twas the season to be jolly for sure! Arriving to a warmed rum punch in the main hall, the students of the clinical society arrived ready to enjoy their Christmas ball!

A gong sounded to announce that their Christmas meal was ready to be served in the marquee:

Starter: Beetroot soup with potato dumplings

Main course: Lightly spiced breast and wing of chicken with fruit and nut quinoa and lemon and honey glaze minted peas.

Dessert: Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy cream and yule log.

After the meal the students headed back into the main house for the evenings entertainments to continue into the wee small hours!
