We were hired to provide catering for a hen party on the 9th July in March Cambridge.
It was a very fun and very succesful event, the catering we supplied and feedback is listed below.
-Buffalo mozzarella with vine tomatoes, red onion marmalade, basil and pesto dressing
-Free range chicken breast filled with brie and leeks and wrapped in smoked bacon with parsley potato cake, baby carrots and tomato dressing.
-Creme brule with shortbread and marinated raspberries

I just wanted to say thank you again for Saturday. All the girls, especially Katy, had a fantastic time. The food was delicious and thanks for being a good sport with our Butler Gary! Needless to say, to get 10 girls to go quiet and concentrate on eating when there is a semi naked man in the room is a real tribute to your pudding!
I will certainly be recommending you to anyone else who has weekens away in that area! it’s a shame your not in the cotswolds as id like to do soething similar for my 30th in a few months!
