No snow this time to cancel the evenings lecture. So a busy evening for us serving the arrival drinks and dishing up a hot buffet of:

-Chicken supreme roasted with fennel seeds, creamed leeks and tarragon sauce
-Rosemary roasted new potatoes
-Panache of seasonal vegetables
-Roast tomato and sweet pepper pasta

-Double chocolate brownie served with whipped vanilla cream and strawberries

As always the compliments came in the way of the guests asking for seconds, just what we like!
