We were hired to provide the catering for a New years Eve charity event in the Cambridge area near Ely for 186
people.
Starter: Chilled leek and ratte potato soup with crab mousse.
Main course: Corn fed Chicken roast with lemon and thyme, baby fondant potato, green bean and smoked tomato dressing.
Desert: Rhubard cheesecake with almond biscotti
The whole event was a huge success receiving many compliments from very happy diners.
