Who says you have to stick with tradition and have a 3 course sit down meal for your wedding breakfast. Why not have a barbecue, that’s what family and friends of Sarah and John enjoyed at the Secret Garden Marquee at Burwash Manor on their special day.

The meal was set out buffet style with the tantalising choices of –

Smoked paprika and chilli marinated chicken kebabs
Halloumi and vegetable skewers with pesto dressing
Homemade burgers
Butchers sausages
1 whole leg of lamb in a garlic and rosemary marinade

1 Side of salmon with fennel, dill and lemon dressing
Selection of fresh bread rolls and pitta breads
Traditional coleslaw
New potatoes with spring onions, parsley and wholegrain mustard mayonnaise
Vine tomato, red onion and basil salad with balsamic dressing
Mixed leaf salad
