What a perfect way to banish the winter blues than to have a glamorous party for your friends!

We were invited to a black tie party where we served a selection of canapes and fizz to the guests throughout the evening.

The canape selection:

Feta cheese and watermelon with mint jelly
Smoked salmon on beetroot blini with creme fraiche and caviar
Candied fig with serrano ham and sunblushed tomato on foccacia square
Pork belly with apple and mustard cream served on walnut crostini.
Venison carpaccio with cherry tomato and red onion chutney on balsamic crostini
